Established on 26.08.2024 with the support of the TÜBİTAK 1812 (BİGG) Programme, Ramer is a patent- and AI-backed interactive web platform that brings together exporters, carriers, insurers, inspection firms, customs consultants and all other parties involved in preparing export documents on a single interactive platform, enabling the preparation of digital export documents with ICC experts.
Ramer's smart matching algorithm automatically matches SMEs' shipments with carriers' idle capacity, reducing transport costs and increasing efficiency in the logistics sector. Thanks to the global applicability of the rules, it offers a multilingual and globally scalable structure.
It operates as an ICC expert-supported digital export document preparation platform at META Tekmer Technology Development Centre.
Ramer was selected as a 2025 TÜBİTAK and UNIDO Inclusive Green Transition (IGT) semi-finalist.
